Central Heating & Air LLC : Emergency Directive for Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In light of the ongoing concern of the COVID-19 virus we are issuing the following written directive for our employees to have for their awareness. We are focusing on the safety and importance of precaution of our employees as well as our customers while still continuing to operate our business under normal operating hours at present time.

For our customers as well as employees:

  • Our company is remaining operational to serve our community under normal operating hours.
  • We are working to provide protective measures for both our employees and customers as we have retained them, as available, hand sanitizer, gloves, antibacterial wipes, Lysol spray ,as well as, asking that they implement the what you can do to avoid/help stop the spread of the virus which are:(a) Beware of the symptoms (b) Clean Hands either with Soap & Water or Hand Sanitizer(c) Practice Healthy Social Distance of 6 Feet.
  • At the present time all of our supply houses are on a normal hour operational schedule which allows us to maintain the ability to provide the needed parts, materials, and/or equipment needed to provide continued service to our customers.
  • If a customer is a high risk individual we will make ever accommodation that is asked of us and use safe preventive practices while servicing their home to help avoid the possibility of causing illness to that customer.
  • If for an reason an employee is to feel that they are ill with any of the symptoms associated with the COVID-19 virus we ask that you immediately discontinue attendance of work and seek medical attention.

We shall continue to operate and service our community while following the directives of our local, state, and federal governments pertaining to the virus. Should our service availability to the community change in order to be in compliance we shall keep both our employees and our customers informed on how we will be implementing those changes. For the current time, we are practicing a plan of operating with caution not panic to continue support for both our employees and customers.
